Refund and Returns Policy

Own products

Please note that we offer both our own products and so-called affiliate products on our site. You can recognize our own products by the fact that they can be purchased directly via Aprontify.com. The following conditions apply to these products.

Affiliate products

For the other products, you will be redirected to our partner site after clicking on the “Buy Product” button. These products are not managed by us. Please note the delivery and return conditions stated on the respective page.


Before considering a return (our own products), please contact us by email at support@aprontify.com, we will be happy to help you to address the issue and we’ll provide you with all the details you need to send back your item, your satisfaction being our primary objective.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized product cannot be returned under any circumstances.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase (an invoice for example) with the parcel or by mail so we can identify your purchase and refund you as soon as possible.

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions regarding the shipment process. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected. Also it is required to send us the tracking number of your returned parcel so that we can follow the return process easily.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us – Express or Priority Shipping).

If the returned is rejected because one of the above conditions were not respected, the product will be returned to you, at your expense or left in our warehouse waiting for instruction from your part

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
